Mumbai Darshan Bus Guidelines:

  • Pets are not allowed on the Mumbai Darshan bus at any time.
  • Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers must report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • A guide charge of Rs. 50 per person is mandatory.
  • Entry tickets are not included and are not compulsory for boating, the museum, and the Nehru Science Center.
  • Breakfast and lunch are not included. Lunch will be served at a vegetarian restaurant.
  • Children under 6 years of age can travel for free without a seat.
  • Passengers aged 7 years and above require a full ticket.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus officially Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, formerly Victoria Terminus. Bombay CSMT is a historic railway terminus and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The station has been renamed several times. It was built to replace Bori Bunder, the terminus of the Great Indian Peninsula Railway from 1853 to 1888, and was named Victoria Terminus to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. In 1996, the station was renamed to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus

Gateway of India

The Gateway of India was built to commemorate the arrival of George V, and Mary of Teck, Empress consort, in India at Apollo Bunder, Mumbai (Bombay) on 2 December 1911, it was the first visit of a British monarch to India. The Gateway is amongst the prime tourist attractions in Mumbai. It is located on the waterfront at an angle, opposite the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel and overlooks the Arabian Sea.

The Taj Mahal Palace is a heritage, five-star, luxury hotel in the Colaba area of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, situated next to the Gateway of India. Built in the Saracenic Revival style, it opened in 1903 as the Taj Mahal Hotel. the Taj Mahal Palace and the Tower, which are historically and architecturally distinct from each other the Taj Mahal Palace was built in 1903; the Tower was opened in 1972.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, originally named Prince of Wales Museum of Western India, is a museum in Bombay (Mumbai) which documents the history of India from prehistoric to modern times.  It is located in the heart of South Mumbai near the Gateway of India. The museum was renamed in 1998 after Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of the Maratha Empire.

Marine Drive, Mumbai

Marine Drive is a 3 kilometre-long Promenade along the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road in Mumbai.  It is a ‘C’-shaped six-lane concrete road along the coast of a natural bay.  Marine Drive is also known as the Queen’s Necklace because, when viewed at night from an elevated point anywhere along the drive, the street lights resemble a string of pearls in a necklace.

The Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shri Ganesh. It is located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It was originally built by Laxman Vithu and Deubai Patil on 19 November 1801. It is one of the richest temples in India.

Nehru Science Centre

Nehru Science Centre (NSC) is the largest interactive science centre in India. It is located in Worli, Mumbai. The centre is named after India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. Nehru Science Centre, the largest Science Centre in the country has a sprawling 8 acres (32,000 m2) of science park with varieties of plants, trees and shrubs. More than 500 hands-on and interactive science exhibits on energy, sound, kinematics, mechanics, transport, etc. are installed in the park.

Bandra–Worli Sea Link

The Bandra–Worli Sea Link (officially known as Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link) is a 5.6 km long, 8-lane wide bridge that links Bandra in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai with Worli in South Mumbai. The first four of the eight lanes of the bridge were opened to the public on 30 June 2009. All eight lanes were opened on 24 March 2010.

Juhu Beach

Juhu Beach is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea. It stretches for six kilometres up to Versova. Juhu is among the most affluent areas of the city and home to many Bollywood celebrities. The beach generally gets more crowded on weekends and public holidays. The food court at its main entrance is known for its ‘Mumbai style’ street food, notably bhelpuri, pani puri and sev puri.
